Indoor vs Outdoor Storage Units

Standard Self Storage Units are behind a full fenced perimeter which requires a pin code for entrance. They are additionally secured with a lock and will provide basic protect against rain and direct sunlight. These are referred to as outdoor storage units. All of our outdoor units have convenient drive up access so that you can easily load and unload right from your car. If you need to access your belongings frequently, one of our standard outdoor units is a solid choice. They are accessible 24/7 and on holidays, regardless of our business hours.

Outdoor storage units are available in a range of sizes from small to mini warehouse size. The larger size storage units, because they have drive up access, are an alternative to outdoor parking if you'd like to protect your vehicle from the elements while in storage.

Indoor Self Storage Units are cooler and dryer than outdoor units. Our indoor units have air conditioning to shield your items from Florida's extreme heat and humidity. These climate-controlled storage units are located inside our building, where an additional keycode is required to enter. If you plan to store items such as wooden furniture, electronics, documents or photos, a climate controlled unit is a better choice than a standard self storage unit. Indoor storage unit are only accessble when the office is open.

What size storage unit do you need?

You'll want to select a storage unit that gives you enough space for all your belongings (obviously) and enough space to maneuver should the need arise to access your items. Consider how often you will need to access your items while in storage. For example, a college student can pack their unit to the hilt as they aren't likely to access its contents until the next semester. However, a business storing commercial equipment or samples may want to leave space to access boxes with a dolly or hand truck, or space to roll equipment in and out.

Size guidlines:

  • A small 5x5 self storage unit is ideal for boxes, housewares, dorm room furnishings, holiday decorations, patio furniture, totes of off-season clothes
  • A 10x10 self storage unit can hold the contents of 2 rooms
  • A 10x15 self storage unit is like a mini warehouse, and can hold furnishings from a 2-3 bedroom home

Boat & RV Parking, Vehicle Storage

You can park just about anything at All Space Storage from a golf cart to huge RV. Our outdoor parking spots are all 9 feet wide and are available in lengths from 20 to 40 feet. Our outdoor parking spots are behind a fully fenced perimeter which requires a pin code to access. Parking spots are uncovered.

For covered parking, you have the option to store your vehicle or boat in one of the outdoor storage units. They have drive up access, and although they are not climate control, would shield your vehicle from the elements as if it were parked in a garage.

  • 30 foot uncovered parking spot can hold a RV or food truck
  • 40 foot uncovered parking spot an hold a large RV or two cars
